This is Hucks Family Recipes : Including History and Genealogy of Family Branches. The book is a cookbook in a 3 ring binder. The book is an original 1994 1st Edition and 1st Printing, that was limited to 100 copies. It has a Library of Congress Catalog Card Number of 94-077735. The book is overall in good shape, it is tightly bound, easily readable, with minimal interior writing. However, it does have wear from age, so I am marking the book as being in Fair Condition to reflect the flaws. The biggest flaw is the plastic cover to the binder and the pages have some yellowing from age. The title page has some writing on it, and a few other pages have a fate and checkmarks on them. These few pages also have a small paperclip stain on the top of the page from where it was marked. The interior and exterior of the plastic covers, have some small black marks on them in spots as well. Nothing catastrophic. All flaws are shown in the photos. This comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
