While I can't confirm the exact year, this pen is definitely old and shows signs of age.


There are signs of use, dirt, scratches, and rust throughout.
There is also some paint peeling...


It does not come with a cartridge, so you will need to provide your own!
I have not been able to test it, so I am unsure of the ink flow and whether it is fully functional. (Junk)
