Vintage Light Brown Hawkeye Woven Picnic Basket with Pie Insert. Yes this does come with it's original pie shelf which can be used along with the picnic basket. However it does not come with original box, silverware, plates, or cups. Inside of the lid features elastic for holding the original utensils and the pie shelf insert can hook to the top edge of the basket.
This basket is in pretty great shape for its age. Pie shelf is just slightly bowed. The inside bottom of basket shows some wear but otherwise it is in good vintage condition. Please see photos. This basket is VERY LARGE and I will have to hunt for a proper shipping box and packing material.
Would make a great storage container, home decor item, or a wedding prop. It can even be used for its original purpose, as a family picnic basket.
