This flared & fluted mold is the traditional pan used by professional pastry chefs for making French brioche, a rich tender & buttery bread beloved since 1400s

makers & know how to make the best pans for creating their legendary breads
This vintage fluted & lightly textured brioche mold, embossed 'France' on bottom, is bit larger (8.75 ) than even the largest ones I've found. It should produce a beautifully golden tasty beautiful bread!
