You are purchasing a vintage, marked Waterford crystal ashtray and table lighter. Lighter is not marked, but this has been a set for decades. Think it was purchased in Ireland in early 70’s? Not sure if lighter still works-takes butane. Ashtray measures approximately 3.5”w x 2”h; Lighter: 3.5”h x 2.5”w
