The Amazing Spider-Man #89 Doc Ock! Gil Kane art; starts a 2-part BLOCKBUSTER! This is it--the very first time Gil Kane penciled our hero. John Romita joined him with inks. It's a Stan Lee story and the first issue in a 2-part story that's the stuff of legends. No hints here boys and girls, but somebody significant makes a storied exit in the NEXT ISSUE. This comic is in excellent condition with minimum spine stress, all the original cover gloss and nearly white pages. I subjectively give it AT LEAST a VF+ PERHAPS VF/NM.
