Encyclopedic cookbook for a wide variety of food and drinks peculiar to the Iranian / Persian people. Richly illustrated. Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with rubbing/scuffing to faces and slight shelf wear around the edges. Pictorial boards are straight and clean but with bumped corners and scratched area to bottom edge of back cover. Binding is firm and spine is straight. Some faint waviness to outer edges of text block, likely due to a bit of humidity exposure. See photos for condition.
