This is the complete the R.O.D. Read or Die TV Series on 7 DVD disks released by GENEON + the RARE OOP OAV DVD released by Manga Video. Here is the situation with this set. GENEON/Pioneer released the first disk of the TV series in Limited Collector's book case that would hold the entire 7 disk series. Each volume contains a double sided Mini Pencil Boards. ADDED PROMO POST-IT NOTES.
BUT when the last disk came out, they decided to release it in a limited edition BOX to hold all 7 disks as well AND included an Anita action figure. Either people complained about the book case or there were not enough produced to meet demand. Who knows. SO the point is Volume 1 DOES NOT have its own DVD case and cover. It came in the book case looking thing with the mini pencil board in there as well.
So now you know why there looks to be missing case. No one else is selling all these extras. Check out ebay to compare prices and what's included.
