1980's Neil Bieff, made in India
From my research this seems to have been made for Nieman Marcus, but may date from before they were produced for Nieman Marcus, as this one plunges all the way to the waist in back, and has no NM Tag, or evidence there ever was one. Also the inside silk is nude, rather than turquoise.
Two miniscule issues, that I had to search for. One bead missing near zipper, and two iridescent sequins on shoulder, as pictured. There may be more, but none I found.
