Vintage 1930s Valley Forge Special Beer Serving Tray

This vintage serving tray from the 1930s is a collector's item for any breweriana enthusiast. Made in the United States, this tray features the iconic Valley Forge Special Beer design of a woman dressed modestly holding a tray full of beer elegantly. It has a unique color scheme mixing yellow and red with a mint greenish background color that really catches the eye. The imagery in the center of the tray is clear and simple away from the wording that lines the inside perimeter of the tray. The wording is still in great shape as well with each word being legible. The tray reads “Valley Forge Special, As Good As It Looks” and the bottom of the face reads “Adam Scheidt Brewing Co. Philadelphia Branch Norristown, Pa. 2815-29 Ridge Avenue”. While the tray is in great shape, it isn’t perfect. There is paint chipping mainly focused along the ridge of the tray in the red area. The tray measures about 10.5” wide and 13.5” tall.
