1999 LIMITED EDITION 23K Gold-Plated Togepi Trading Card with Original Certificate of Authenticity in Pokéball!! Very Rare!! The Pokéball was some scratches, dings & marks from moving around throughout the last 20+ years!! Gold Card is in great condition!! The Pokéball opens but doesn’t spring fully open.
