Avon ~ Vintage ~ “Chilly Sam” Snowman W/ Broom ~ Light Up Blinking Decor ~ W/ Box & Video. This is a lighted snowman with three multi-colors twinkling bulbs. All three of the light bulbs work. It comes with the original box. There is a little hole just big enough for the end of the broom handle. When you move the switch with the broom handle you turn the lights on. There are three bulbs in the base. The red and green bulbs twinkle on and off after they have warmed up. The whole size with base is 11 x 3 1/2” inches. The snowman is 9 x 3” inches. This Snowman is in good shape, expect a few scratches on the snow. My mother used it 1X Christmas.
