This is a Type C-1 vest released in the 2013 Summer ARMY SURPLUS collection.
It is a very popular model inspired by the early model of the TXPE C-1 vest from the USAAF (United States Army Air Forces) in the 1940s, which is also highly rare in original vintage pieces.
