The first side consists of soundtracks from the Wii menu, while the other side has the soundtracks from Wii Sports & Wii Sports Resort. These are part of a series of Nintendo lathe-cut vinyl records and are awesome!
Lathe-cut records are unique in that they are cut one by one and in real-time. This gives each record its own individual character. The quality of a lathe-cut is medium-fi . They play with a low noise floor still, but will sit in a tighter frequency range. Luckily, you don't lose much when it comes to the sonic character of Nintendo soundtracks!
