Halter cotton dress. It would also look cute with a short puff sleeve blouse under the dress.
There are pads on the chest.
Length is about 36. Good for chest 36 in - 38 in, dress form chest is set at 36 in and chest still has some space.
****I put a petticoat hoop under the dress, you will need a petticoat to get the full dress look.
I steam ironed the dress for pictures, if there are wrinkles after you unpack it, you can hang the dress and set your iron on low setting polyester/silk then steam the dress.
If you ever need to wash it, please research how to wash lolita dress.
