ONE MAY HAVE TO ALTER THAT AREA. THE DRESS IS NEW HOWEVER THERE MAY BE A FEW MISSING OR LOOSE EMBELLISHMENTS. ITS VERY HARD TO TELL. THE DRESS IS BREATHTAKING IN PERSON.
