A vintage winter themed landscape oil painting signed by Wagner.
There are snow covered trees and ground with a body of water to the lower right.
The frame is original and brown on the outermost part with a simple design in a teal blue color inside of the that.
The matte is believed to be a burlap type material.
An original receipt is included.

IMPERFECTIONS: There are multiple stains on throughout on both the painting and the frame. It's a bit dusty especially in the recesses. There are nicks in the wood mainly along edges. The burlap matte has darker brown staining along the edges. Would need to be appropriately cleaned.
