The clip has the Elisha A Phinney patent 1852188 from 1932. Finished in bright sliver rhodium plating and dates to the 1930's. Measures 1 inch long and 3/4 inch wide with all stones bright and sparkling. Perfect accent for a low decollete dress, on a lapel or to brighten a sweater.
