The sleeves are rolled - and on one sleeve the stitch has come undone. You can wear unrolled or easily add a stitch back in
There also seems to be a faint fabric discoloration on the back near the hem. It's really hard to see unless you are looking for it.
Otherwise the dress is in great condition.
