This is a carrying case for the BG-151-H battery used with the SCR625 metal detector, which was used to detect anti-tank mines buried in the ground and other metal objects.

The earlier model, BG-151-F, was a shoulder bag, but the battery weighed over 5kg, which hindered mobility, so it was changed to a backpack style.

It is made of extra-thick OD canvas fabric with an adjustable padded harness with chest and waist straps (the pad position is not movable in the photo, but it is slide-adjustable).

There is a cushion pad on the back.

It is a single-compartment design with no pockets.

1964 contract
Vietnam War era item
It was a completely deadstock item in new, unopened condition, but it was opened for inspection.
It was packed so tightly that it could not be returned to its original state, so it will be shipped in an opened condition with the main body, exterior, and straps.

External dimensions: approximately 38x19x12
Size: Large body bag, small backpack
The 9th photo shows how it was actually used.
It seems that something like a meat can pouch is attached to the outside.
The 10th photo shows an example of using the SCR625 with a short bar, and the battery bag is being worn.

If you want an unopened item, I cannot guarantee the condition, but I have another listing for it.
