Selling these Alden #8 Shell Cordovan Pebble Grain Loafers, Model 6755, Size 7.5D. I’m calling them 7.5D, even though they’re tagged 8D. I own three pairs of Alden shell LHS and have always worn size 8, but these fit tighter, likely due to the pebble grain.
Both shoes have small cuts in the leather at the top back heel area. I’ve applied Saphir conditioner, and the cuts haven’t spread. My cobbler recommended always using a shoe horn when putting them on. Someone like Steve from Bedo’s Leatherworks could likely remove the leather strip and sew in a new one. They probably tore because the previous owner tried squeezing his size 8 feet into these smaller shoes (I bought them used).
If 7.5D in Alden shell LHS has worked for you, these should fit well.
