Vintage Dollhouse Artist Painting Islands Ocean L Fregans OOAK 3.25 x 2.5 . The dollhouse artist is L Fregans. I knew the dollhouse artist she was my grandmothers friend. This is from either the 1960s 1970s or early 1980s as she unfortunately passed away in the early 1990s. The years are when she created her work, since she did not date it, I do not know which exact year it is from. The scene is islands and the ocean never been removed from the package. The frames are handcrafted and made to look antiqued so they are suppose to look that way. The wax residue in each edge of the frame is showing. The frame is put together by wax(see close ups).There is soil age to the package. Couple paint spots the frame in the corners on the back and some aging to white on the back as this is a vintage item. It new old stock and is one of a kind.
