**Flaw - right strap flawed, the area of the strap that was doubled / looped has come undone from the adjustable hardware, and the strap is attached to the back of the dress with a man made knot.
I see two fixes, either are worth if for this gorgeous dress!
Easiest is find the strap length you like and make that the permanent length
OR Loop the strap back into the adjustable hardware (I have no idea how to do this but that doesn't say much at all...) and secure
