This beautiful heart shaped compact is by Brighton. Made of silver plated metal, the lid of the compact has an intricate raised scroll design accented with six round clear rhinestones and a single rectangular shaped turquoise blue stone in the center. The back of the compact has a silver plated metal basket weave design with the signature “Brighton” insignia written within a clear silver heart. The lid has a hinged opening with dual mirrors inside the compact, one being magnified. Dimensions are 3” long, 2 1/2” high and 1/4” wide. This compact is from the late 1990’s and it is in wonderful vintage condition. There are a few very faint markings on the lid and back heart design but there are no scratches, tarnished areas, chips, or cracks to the compact or the dual mirrors. There is no discoloration on the dual mirrors and there are no missing rhinestones. See all photos.
