The jar is in fair condition with the following notable flaws:
Cracks hat lid. Based on my visual inspection, they do not go all the way though/has not actually broken. I made sure to place the hat/lid on in a way that the larger crack is in the back.
Two large chips in base. Both are not very noticeable while jar is sitting.
The paint remains bright and cheery with a glossy sheen.
The jar measures approximately 12”x7”x7”.
Manufacturing “engraving” noted on the bottom reads: RRP Co. Roseville, O, USA .
At face value, without inspection, this piece looks very good. Great piece for someone’s nostalgia purpose, without the expense of one in “excellent condition”. Also, less risk should something happen to it.
