This Dress is Antique not sure if from 1800's or early 1900's. Could not find an image like it to compare. It measures 37 long. I thought it was a Christening Dress but it does not have buttons in front so appears more like an Overcoat that may have been worn over a dress. It does have some aging wear just from being so antique. Looks like it belongs in a Museum. Bought at an Antique Store in Georgia. Has intricate embroidery and of course handmade. I am putting good condition for being so old. See all pics for best description.
