A mountain goat poised at mountain top in this unique and historical brown Asian-carved soapstone artsy bookend. There is a mythological quality to this carved soapstone piece. The mountain goat represents resilience, determination, ambition and with grace and poise preserves through tough times.
Found this at cool estate sale and only had one but it is a beautifully carved art decor piece adding interest to any room. The brown soapstone is in good condition with lots of little nicks and imperfections adding to the vintage quality. Great conversation piece!
