I would venture to guess that this is rare. I found an article about it in 2022 in which the artist said he was only making 100 of these. The fabric of the jacket is a good quality medium-heavy cotton. The front design is sort of rubbery. The hood design is like a tufted rug. Or like the letters on some letterman jackets. The hood itself is rather heavy. It zips all the way to the top, just below the center point. No signs of wear.
