Vintage red velvet maxi skirt... royal opulence! Coffin ruched high waist, back zip and hook/eye closures. Fully lined in taffeta. Might be handmade? No tags inside. Probably late 1960's/very early 1970's era. The skirt is in overall great condition, with a couple of flaws near the hem that are pictured. One is a black mark that is not very noticeable as-is, but you can see it more when you hold the fabric up to the light. Picture 9 is how it looks normally, and picture 10 is holding the fabric up to the light. Both of those pictures are of the same area, it's not showing two separate flaws. There are also a couple of tiny holes on the hem (last picture). Again, not noticeable in normal wearing, and of course if you hem this shorter, those flaws will disappear. The waist measures 26.5 around, with no stretch, 44 long.
