This 6 foot DIY Sage Green and Burgundy Balloon Garland kit includes:
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in burgundy, forest green, clear with gold confetti dots (printed on), gold chrome and sage green**(this look is achieved by layering two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special shade of green**(see below for special instructions),
--a plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 feet of garland, can be made 1-2 days in advance if inflated with air.
Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. Sage balloons will already come layered, to use just inflate with hand pump as normal and tie off ends. Only the inside balloon tail needs to be tied, and it's ready to go!
