USPS issue Eisenhower 8c stamp booklet. The booklet originally had 24 8c stamps. While the booklet is still bound, there is only 10 stamps in the booklet. The stamp pages were separated by rice paper. Opening the booklet the is paper next is a single bound stamp then paper followed by a full page of 8 stamps. Finally, paper followed by a single unattached but unused stamp.
