A unique piece of aviation history, this ashtray celebrates a decade of innovation by TEMCO Aircraft Corporation, which played a vital role in aviation advancements during the mid-20th century.
TEMCO stands for Texas Engineering & Manufacturing Company. Founded in 1946, TEMCO Aircraft Corporation specialized in designing & manufacturing military & civilian aircraft. It became a key supplier for the U.S. military during the post-WWII era & later merged into the Ling-Temco-Vought (LTV) conglomerate in 1961, shaping its legacy in aerospace.
