Stress reliever

This is a stress reliever,it slows heart rate, lower blood pressure, slowing your breathing rate, improving digestion, reducing the activity of stress hormones,and relieves anxiety.Don’t worry it is in good shape,and some people say that it smells good but others say it smells bad, but it’s ok the smell does nothing. Also here are the RULES #1: do not let eyes,skin or baby’s go NEAR the stress reliever. #2 How to turn it on: you need a litter if you do not have one there is one with it so don’t be worried. #3 what to do when it turns into ash: first DO NOT blow it with you mouth it could get on your eye or someone else’s eye. Go to the trash can and throw it over the trash can up-side-down and then wipe it of with something wet like a rag. WARNING BE CAREFUL WHEN BURNING. And that’s all.
