Hello, here is a very RARE and 100% NATURAL fossil plate with a Mioplosus and Knightia fish fossil TWO Different SPECIES! All in their 50 Million Year Old Green River Formation Matrix! This fossil plate was quarried in an extinct lake that is known as Fossil Lake in Lincoln County, Wyoming. These fish date from the Eocene epoch a CRAZY 53.5 to 48.5 Million YEARS ago!
Here's More Info Long but interesting....Fifty-million years ago an ancient Lake existed in what is now Southwest Wyoming, US. The unusual chemistry of the lake created conditions that prevented decay while alternating layers of limestone and organic matter accumulated. The resulting laminated limestone LAYERS contain the highest concentration of articulated fish fossils in the world....neat! 
The largest fish fossil measures around 4 5/8 or 11.6cm and the overall piece or matrix is a BIG! 11.75 or 30.0cm at their biggest or from opposing side to side and a Display STAND is included!
