Brand new in bag. Bought 2 different sizes at Baltimore show because we were unsure which would fit my daughter best. She opened the first one (XL) and it was perfect for how she wanted it to fit... her friend's mom was going to buy this one off me after & I've held it two months now waiting, but she's bailed.
Just trying to get my money back! I paid 275 plus tax... Still in original packaging - there is a partial cut in the clear bag, that's how it was handed to us. But the dress has never been removed itself!
