I didn't want to remove it!This vintage timepiece is gorgeous with a simple, classic image of her face with limited adornment.The light pink, embossed band is genuine leather. There is slight color difference in top leather and underneath. Not sure if it's fading over time, or from embossing process. It doesn't affect overall classic look though.The original plastic piece is still on stem, as well as the original red stripe across the back.The battery has died from age, and I don't want to replace it, due to original packaging.
