This pillbox hat is a real gem. The velvet band is adorned with Crushed Glass Beads in a floral and garland pattern. The crown is likened to an extremely thick black felt-like fabric.The black crown is covered with crinoline veil and there is a tuck away "under the hat" lace veil. Can be worn with the veil tucked in.There are several holes on the veil, check pictures for best description.The inside band circumference measures 22 1/4"
