Love these vintage bookends made from solid, subtly veined gray stone (likely marble)! Their minimal modern design would allow them fit in just about any style of decor. The bookends weight over 3 lb 3 oz each and measure 7 x 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 . Nice vintage condition. Any imperfections within the stone were a part of manufacturing process as they are covered with sealant. There is some wear on the felt pads adhered to the bottom of the pieces. The bookends are heavy/sturdy enough to support a heavy selection of books. But hey also are beautiful as just sculptural object. They would make a great sophisticated unisex gift.
