RARE + oh so gorgeous! Vintage Italian couture midi pencil skirt by Pino Lancetti, an Italian fashion designer from the Perugian town of Gualdo Tadino. He was one of the main haute couture designers in Italy & joined Fabiani, Capucci, Mila Schon, & Valentino in Rome's alta moda catwalk shows.
