There is some general yellowing of the white color in some areas. I see this with white shirts that have been in prolonged storage. This looks to be the case with this shirt. You can see the dry cleaning tag still attached, indicating that it hasn't been worn for some time. The yellowing will wash out. One of the cuff has a very very light spot which should bleach out just fine. No other issues noted.
The body of the shirt is a traditional dress shirt fabric. The collar is like a polo/pique shirt collar.
