New without tags, Zac Posen knee length dress in size 4, retail price 2495. Dark blue plain weave made from 62%Cotton,34% Viscose 4% Elastane. Made in USA. There is a strap on the inside that attaches with a hook eye and one of the eyes is unattached. There are two sets of eyes so this can still be worn as is or attached with one stitch. There's also a bump in the seam at the back where the end of the zipper hits. See last three pics for these small imperfections. No pockets Fully line. This item will be folded for shipping and may arrive with wrinkles.
