This is a Patagonia Skanoorak in Lakers colors (yellow x purple).
The year tag has been cut off, but it's made in Hong Kong, so it's from the 90s.
The Skanoorak is an anorak parka designed for sea kayaking. I think it's because it's meant to be used in rivers, but the rib around the neck is tight, so if you're going to wear it, I recommend an XL.
The SST is famous, but this one also has two large pockets with gussets, accessible from the sides. The abdomen and hem can be cinched, allowing for a wide range of silhouette adjustments.
Being yellow nylon, there is some blackening and the previous owner has repaired a hole. Personally, I don't find it a problem for wearing, but it's best to understand that it's not perfect.
Also, there is no peeling of the seams on the inside.
