Vintage Vuarnet 002 Nautilux Blue Double Gradient Sunglasses

Vintage Vuarnet 002 Nautilux sunglasses are one of the finest examples of frame and lens excellence on the water regardless of brand or age, featuring the amazing Vuarnet PX8000 Nautilux lenses. The durable matte black French nylon frame is made to stand up to the rigors of active outdoor pursuits, and Nautilux lenses are a yellow base lens with brown and anti-reflective interior coatings coupled with double gradient blue exterior filters. It's really striking, with horizontal blue bands at the top and bottom in direct sunlight and an amber - yellow center band, all the result of the double gradient mirror exterior filters. Nautilux PX 8000 lenses are a very technical, all weather lens conceived to protect against the strong reflection of the sea and against the tiring glaze of hazy conditions and is especially effective for water sports. The unisex frame measures approximately 5.375" temple to temple, and the lenses measure approximately 2.25" x 1.875" at the widest points with both lenses laser etched with the trademark Vuarnet V on a Ski.
