I have a set of Heffer 3 rims by Alex with tires has haro fusion hubs and the rear has a flip flop hub. I can't really find too much about these I believe if I remember correctly these came on the mirra haro back in the late 90s early 00.These seem to be getting harder to find I have tried to find these on eBay but nothin has come up for at least to 2 months I have been searching.
