The pattern includes intricate Elizabethan styling in this one of a kind band sampler. A tribute to Mary, Queen of Scots, cousin of Elizabeth I and tragic victim of her time and place in history. Model stitched on 29ct Natural Glenshee linen, and charted for Au Ver A Soie silk and overdyed silk, as well as Kreinik Balger metallics.Anchor and DMC floss options are offered. Specialty stitches add to the exquisite effect. The designer included with the book variegated gray silk needed to complete the project. The rest of the materials needed are pictured above and must be purchased separately. This book/instructions are in perfect condition as it has never been used.
