Several holes in lining - see photos - can be repaired by new buyer if you so desire
Some wear around collar inside - see photos
Some picks on exterior but these are minor - did not find any major issue with exterior
Remember this coat is vintage Union Made - it does show minimal wear, this is not a brand new coat but that of vintage style and vintage good condition
Buttons are in good condition along with the faux fur collar
Will need professional cleaning by new buyer if you so desire has been in storage (in a house)
