This White Strasburg cotton hand-smocked dress in size 18 Months is adorable. The front bodice has an intricate lattice design in white and ecru threading. Within the lattice work is hand-embroidered white florets with ecru centers. The neckline and arm openings are trimmed with white satin piping. Upper back button closure with a sweet formal detail - a wide white satin sash that ties in a bow!!!
