Vintage Costume Jewelry Hattie Carnegie Lead Pencil Customer Appreciation Gift

And this is RARE unsigned lead pencil. It was a gift to the very best customers of Hattie Carnegie. It has a decorated brass overlay with a ruby, moonstone & turquoise bead. Top features detail blackamoor face with royal gold cap accented with a ruby glass stone. This piece was so rare, that they didn’t have the base stand when they put it in the book published in 2005. I found it on page 150 of the Hattie Carnegie collectors books. I did take this piece to the antiques roadshow in Nashville last year and had it appraised between 700 & 800 because of the rarity. They don’t give you a written appraisal. The Hattie Carnegie jewelry book is not included. This is just for the pencil and the stand, I was told the stand is extremely rare. Publisher of the book did not have the stand when the book was published.
