These figurines were popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.It is German-made, dating from the late 1800s to early 1900s.The figurine is made of porcelain and hand-painted.It depicts a white poodle holding a basket containing three piglets.They are sometimes referred to as "Wally dogs".This one has a "GERMANY 2501 marking on the back bottom bum.***These are vintage items, and not in new condition.
