This special item is made using fabric specially produced for Paul Smith in collaboration with CRIOSOLDO, a long-established British textile manufacturer founded in 1910.
This is a special setup suit with an impressive bold blue color combination. The fabric, expressed through weaving rather than color blocking, is used lavishly.
It's a modern style that takes a classic British suit and gives it an exquisite slim silhouette. Thin shoulder pads enhance the fit and soften the impression around the shoulders. The jacket length is slightly shorter, and the lapels and flaps are also arranged to be thinner, emphasizing a sharp, tight silhouette.
The luxurious gold-colored lining is also a custom-made fabric created specifically for the British Collection. Furthermore, the selvedge of the outer fabric is used for the pull tabs that secure the side vents. This attention to detail is evident in this piece.
